The Downland Retreat
3 metre by 3 metre room
The Downland Retreat Garden Room is the most compact garden room that we sell - but don't be fooled into thinking the Retreat is small because it certainly isn't.

​In fact, it is nine square metres, which is very likely to be a similar size to some of the rooms in your house. It also has the considerable added benefit that it can be built closer than one metre to your boundary as is less than 15 square metres internally. In smaller gardens this can be a real help.
However an extra nine square metres of room can still make a massive difference. Also as the bi-fold doors take up the majority of the front wall the Retreat is bathed in natural light inside.

The Downland Classic

The Downland Classic Garden Room is your solution if space is tight in your garden - but don't be fooled into thinking the Classic is small because it certainly isn't.

In fact, at 12 square metres, it is only fractionally smaller than a traditional older-style single garage! It also has the considerable added benefit that it can be built closer than one metre to your boundary as is less than 15 square metres internally. In smaller gardens this can be a real help.

The Downland Studio Garden Room is five metres wide by three metres deep, therefore offering a generous 15 square metres of space.

In imperial measurements that is 16 feet by 10 feet, and in fact the same size as many living rooms. We feel it is perfect size for a home studio, therapy room, yoga den, office, kids play room...or whatever else you need that extra room in your house for!

The Downland Combi Garden Room solves all of your garden needs. It is six metres wide by three metres deep with an internal wall splitting the space into a four metre garden room and two metre storage area.
Therefore if space is an issue, or if your current shed is past its best, then our Combi is the answer!

The room space is an ample 12 square metres, and is wonderfully bright because of the large bi-fold doors, and the shed is completely separated to the side with its own entrance.

If none of the options above are quite what you are looking for, because you need specific window sizes or doors, or if you need something larger than our Delux model please just get in touch.
As long as the total internal space is less than 30 square metres (& therefore doesn't require building regs) we are very happy to build it for you.
For example if you would like a combination of a garden room, to be used as an office, and a covered area for a hot tub then please share your ideas and we will produce a CAD drawing for you and provide a quote.
